Inchicore Primary Care Centre recently opened its doors to provide special tours to the public as part of the Irish Archtitecture Foundation’s Open House Dublin festival, an event which was featured in the Irish Health Service Executive’s national staff magazine Health Matters.

Commenting on the design of the Primary Care Centre, Dorota Nieznanska of HSE Estates said, “The brief that we set our architects was very challenging. We wished to incorporate a derelict, protected structure into the design for our new Primary Care Centre. The result has been astounding. They have created a building, which is modern, bright and spacious, yet also effortlessly meshes the protected structure into the new build elements.”
