RKD have extensive experience of acting as Project Manager and Design Team Leader where we take responsibility for the overall planning, control and co-ordination of projects from inception to completion to ensure that our client’s requirements are met. Three essential goals are monitored; to complete the project on time, within authorised cost and to required quality standards.

Architecture is the lead discipline in most projects and as such the Architect is best placed to manage the Design Team correlating the different information from each discipline needed for its implementation.

For both Project Management and Design Team Leader we provide a cost effective and independent service leading and managing all aspects of the project and continuously report this information directly to the client in an agreed format.
